How To Use
Thoroughly wash and dry your feet.
Slip on the gel socks and wear for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the socks. No need to rinse.
For best results, use 2-3 times per week.
To care for your socks: Gently hand wash in cold water and line dry in the shade. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, dry clean, or tumble dry.
Warnings
Consult your doctor before use if you suffer from diabetes or poor circulation. Do not wear on open wounds, or on broken or abraded skin. Do not wear for more than 20-30 minutes per use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
