How To Use
- Before use, ensure the insole fits well in the shoe. If necessary, trim along the outline on the underside of the insole that matches your shoe size.
- Insert the insole into the shoe with the gel side facing down.
- The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe.
- For some people, pain relief insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet may need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break-in period may be necessary.
- Replace the insoles every six months or when showing signs of wear.
