Souvenaid is a new medical nutrition drink that nutritionally supports memory function in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. Souvenaid is taken once daily in the early stages of the disease, to nutritionally support the connections in the brain, called synapses. 4 x 125mL - Cappucino flavour.

For enteral use only. Must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Only to be used in addition to the normal diet. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Souvenaid® is designed to be taken as one bottle (125ml) once a day, in addition to the normal dietary intake
- The length of use of Souvenaid® by an individual should be determined by their healthcare professional
- Shake well before use
- Ready to drink and best served chilled
STORAGE:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Once opened, store in the refrigerator
- Discard unused contents after 24 hours
