How To Use

  1. Marinate 500g of your choice of meat (pork, chicken, or lamb) or vegetables in 4 tablespoons of Sri Melts Vindaloo Paste for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté one large chopped onion until golden.

  3. Add the marinated meat or vegetables and brown on all sides.

  4. Stir in 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 cup of water or stock.

  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the meat or vegetables are tender.

  6. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
