How To Use
Marinate 500g of your choice of meat (pork, chicken, or lamb) or vegetables in 4 tablespoons of Sri Melts Vindaloo Paste for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté one large chopped onion until golden.
Add the marinated meat or vegetables and brown on all sides.
Stir in 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 cup of water or stock.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the meat or vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
