How To Use
Unwrap the pad and peel off the protective backing paper from the adhesive strip.
Position the pad in the centre of your underwear with the adhesive side down.
Press the pad firmly onto the underwear to ensure it is securely in place.
To dispose, roll up the used pad and wrap it in the wrapper of the new pad or toilet paper. Dispose of it in a sanitary waste bin. Do not flush the pad down the toilet.
