How To Use
Remove the applicator from the sealed wrapper. Do not remove the twist-off tab yet.
Grip the applicator firmly by the barrel. Shake down to ensure the contents are at the thin end.
Twist off the tab and discard. To avoid loss of gel, do not squeeze the barrel while removing the tab.
While sitting or lying down, gently insert the thin end of the applicator into the vagina.
Squeeze the barrel firmly to dispense the gel.
Remove the applicator and discard it.
