How To Use
Adults and Children over 6 years:
Rub Vicks VapoRub Xtra Strong on chest, throat, back, and other affected areas for a constant release of vapours to relieve nasal congestion and cough, and to warm away muscular aches and pains.

Menthol 7.0% w/w
Eucalyptus Oil 3.84% w/w
Also contains:
Racemic Camphor
Turpentine Oil
Cedarwood Oil
Cardamom
Thymol
Ginger in White Soft Paraffin base

DO NOT use on children under 6 years of age unless directed by a physician

DO NOT apply to nostrils, wounds, or damaged skin

DO NOT bandage tightly or use with heating pads

DO NOT use for steam inhalation
- Keep out of reach of children
- For external use only
- Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membrane. When exposed to eyes, rinse eyes with water immediately
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label
- If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area
- Discontinue use if irritation develops. Vicks® VapoRub Xtra Strong contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation
- Keep clothing loose
- Consult a doctor if pregnant or breast-feeding before use
