How To Use
Ensure the microwave is clean and the turntable can rotate freely.
Place the product in a microwave with a rating up to 1000W.
Heat for a maximum of 90 seconds.
To use as a cooling pack, place in a sealed freezer bag and put in the freezer for two to three hours.
Surface clean regularly with a lightly damp cloth and allow to dry at room temperature.
