How To Use
To assemble: Unfold the sections and allow the internal elastic cord to pull them together. Ensure each joint is securely locked in place before use.
To adjust height: Depress the push-button locking pin and slide the shaft up or down to the desired height. Make sure the pin fully engages in the selected hole.
To fold: Simply pull the sections apart at the joints and fold for compact storage.
Warnings
Always ensure the locking pin is fully engaged in the desired height setting before applying weight to the stick. Regularly inspect the rubber tip for signs of wear and replace it if necessary to maintain grip and safety. Do not exceed the maximum user weight limit.
