How To Use
To assemble: Unfold the sections and allow the internal elastic cord to pull them together. Ensure each joint is securely locked in place before use.
To adjust height: Depress the push-button locking pin and slide the shaft up or down to the desired height. Make sure the pin fully engages in the selected hole.
To fold: Simply pull the sections apart at the joints and fold for compact storage.

How To Use
For Cold Therapy:
Place the gel pack flat in a freezer for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer and wrap in a towel or cloth.
Apply to the affected area for no more than 20 minutes at a time.
For Hot Therapy (Microwave):
Place the gel pack flat in the microwave.
Heat for 30 seconds on medium power. Knead the pack to distribute heat.
If more heat is needed, heat in 10 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
Carefully remove from the microwave, wrap in a towel, and apply to the affected area.
