How To Use
For Cold Therapy:
- Place the gel pack flat in a freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and wrap in a towel or cloth.
- Apply to the affected area for no more than 20 minutes at a time.
For Hot Therapy (Microwave):
- Place the gel pack flat in the microwave.
- Heat for 30 seconds on medium power. Knead the pack to distribute heat.
- If more heat is needed, heat in 10 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
- Carefully remove from the microwave, wrap in a towel, and apply to the affected area.
